The crusher breaks the large-sized gypsum ore into small pieces of less than 30mm, and sends them to the mill for grinding. The ground gypsum powder is sorted and sent to the boiling furnace for calcination, and the rest is returned to the mill for grinding. Grind again until qualified. The qualified gypsum powder after calcination is sent to the clinker silo for storage or sent to the product workshop for use.
Mainly complete the breaking of raw materials. The gypsum block is crushed by the jaw crusher for the first time. It is evenly arranged in the discharge field, and then crushed by a cone crusher (or a counter crusher) to a small piece of 30 mm to enter the silo.
The crushed gypsum raw material is transported to a storage bin through a hoist for use.
The gypsum raw material in the storage bin is uniformly and continuously fed into the mill through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground gypsum powder is blown out by the air blown by the mill blower and classified by an analyzer above the main machine. The powder with the fineness conforming to the specification enters the large cyclone collector with the wind flow, and is collected and discharged through the powder discharge tube to be the finished product of 80-120 mesh.
