Nowadays, artificial sand is widely used in the road construction, concrete industry, and buildings, etc. Especially, with the great decrease of natural sand resources, the role of artificial sand becomes more important.
Typically, the artificial sand making process is as follows:
firstly, stones are transferred to the jaw crusher for primary crushing via vibrating feeder, then the crushed stones whose size is larger than 40 mm are transferred to the VSI crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing, later, crushed stone particles will be conveyed to the vibrating screen.
The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washers for washing, then clean final products will be discharged. The rest with unsuitable size will be separated from the vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the VSI crusher for further processing, and this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. Sizes of final products will be according to our customers’ requirements. If it is the dry process, the classifier and deduster will be attached according to you requirement.
