capacity and the output size into careful consideration. Our engineers consult his requirement again until we fully understand his purpose. Our design of this aggregate production project
consists a primary crusher(900*1200mm, 36*48″, jaw crusher), one secondary crusher(S51″ cone crusher,standard type), and S51″ cone crusher (short head type) in the tertiary crushing section.
After the three crushing stages, it is very easy to make final aggregate meet the market requirement. And the capacity is able to reach 200-250 tons per hour.

Requirements from Our Customer:
Our customer in Nigeria is eager to expand the production scale and make his product more suitable for the aggregate market. However, he only has one two-stage crushing plant consisted of one 24×36″jaw crusher and two 12×51″ finer jaw crushers. It is difficult to meet the popular aggregate size of 0~3/16″ (stone dust), 3/16~1/2″, 1/2~3/4″ and 3/4~1″ in local market. Also, the capacity of current crushing plant is only 60~70 tons per hour, it is far from the customer’s requirements.
