The aggregate production line can have many design configurations according to the different materials and output.
General aggregate crushing equipment generally requires:
Primary crushing: crushing up big stones into smaller stones, conveying them through the conveyor belt to secondry crushing and continuing to be crushed.
Secondry crushing: after crushing the material to the finished product, the conveyer belt is sent to the vibrating screen.
Vibrating screen: The crushed materials are screened for different kinds of finished materials. The materials that do not meet the requirements are screened out by vibrating screen and then conveyed by conveyor belt to the second crushing cycle for crushing.
Sand Making Machine: If the finished material in aggregate production line needs artificial sand, sand making machine can be added. The second broken material can be continued to be crushed by smaller size crusher to produce artificial sand.
Sand washing machine: wash the artificial sand produced, remove impurities, and make the material better.
In actual production process, there are great differences in primary crushing equipment according to different materials.
Jaw crusher: medium and high hardness materials with compressive strength less than 320Mpa, such as pebble, dolomite, etc.
Cone crusher: River pebble, granite, basalt, iron ore, quartz, diabase, iron ore, gold ore, copper ore and other medium-high hardness materials
The secondry crushing equipment common faults are:
Hammer crusher: large yield, good material, less power consumption, convenient maintenance, suitable for medium and low hardness materials;
Impact crusher: small output, good material, suitable for medium high hardness materials.
