Production Process Of Cement Industry

India is one of the fastest growing countries in the world. With the rapid development of economic and trade, the construction industry also shows remarkable growth. Cement is one of the most important raw materials for construction. Therefore, the demand of cement is getting higher and higher. The main raw materials to make cement are limestone and clay, and ferrous materials.
Production Process Of Cement Industry

Firstly, the limestone will be crushed by crushed into small particles. And then the particles will enter the rotary kiln for calcination. After the calcination, the particles will be discharged from the rotary kiln and cooling. Grinding is the last stage for making cement and also the most power consumption stage. Grinding mill is mainly used to grind the particles into proper sizes and form a certain grain composition. After seeing the working flowchart, the customer was very pleased with this plant and spoke highly of our company.

After making the cement, our engineer added a packaging machine for the customer to pack the cement into bags. This machine is in simple structure and easy to operate. There are two kinds of packaging weights: 5-25kg and 10-50kg. The customer can choose the packaging weight according to their own needs.

In this cement making plant, grinding mill is the core equipment. Zenith can provide different types and models of grinding mills, such as trapezium mill, hammer mill, ultrafine mill, vertical grinding mill, ball mill and so on. Among these mills, ball mill is now the most commonly used mill to grind cement. Zenith ball mill features large capacity and low energy consumption, adopting high quality material to make the main wear parts into order to extend the service life and automatic control system makes the machine easy to operate and so on.
