Firstly, the limestone will be crushed by crushed into small particles. And then the particles will enter the rotary kiln for calcination. After the calcination, the particles will be discharged from the rotary kiln and cooling. Grinding is the last stage for making cement and also the most power consumption stage. Grinding mill is mainly used to grind the particles into proper sizes and form a certain grain composition. After making the cement, our engineer added a packaging machine for the customer to pack the cement into bags. This machine is in simple structure and easy to operate. There are two kinds of packaging weights: 5-25kg and 10-50kg. The customer can choose the packaging weight according to their own needs.
